Kiddom’s Talent team is responsible for Kiddom’s recruitment and scaling of our team. In carrying out that effort the recruiting coordinator is the operational back bone. Our Talent team prides itself on taking ownership of the candidate experience and the competitive advantage we provide Kiddom. The RC role acts as the operational glue that keeps all candidates moving efficiently throughout the interview process, managers/candidates informed of progress, and cadence of hiring velocity consistent. While you are a Recruiting Coordinator today, you ideally aspire to grow into a Recruiter within the next year. You are able to learn how to source and screen candidates, as needed, once you’ve mastered all of your other responsibilities. This role reports into Kiddom's VP of Talent.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar experience in a highly operational role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Understanding of basic recruiting best practices
- Hands on experience with various selection processes such as phone interviews, onsite interviews and reference checks
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Software, and LinkedIn
- Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities
- Shepherd candidates that are onsite and own their interview experience.
- Post job descriptions on company career page and external websites
- Coordinate scheduling interviews and travel arrangements for candidates
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters from inbound applicants
- Work with any external partners to source candidates
- Conduct the occasional phone or in-person interviews
- Assist the hiring team with developing and documenting our recruiting process
$60,000 - $80,000 a year
Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
