Kiddom is a groundbreaking educational platform that promotes student equity and growth by uniting high-quality instructional materials with dynamic digital learning. Through unparalleled curriculum management functionality, Kiddom empowers schools and districts to take ownership of their curriculum – resulting in learning experiences tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of local communities. Kiddom’s high-quality curriculum is layered with robust teacher and leader data insights to drive the continuous improvement of instructional decisions, school/district programming, and professional learning.
The Director of Professional Learning Programs leads the design, implementation, and operational efficiency of Kiddom’s professional learning portfolio. You will own the development of Kiddom’s professional learning offerings - ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with the needs of educators and districts. You will establish measures for quality assurance in all professional learning activities, including creating and managing a robust and coherent training and certification program for all Kiddom professional learning facilitators.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on implementer who thrives in cross-functional environments, working collaboratively with internal teams to streamline operations. Additionally, you will facilitate high-impact professional learning sessions (primarily virtual) as needed to maintain a close connection to the customer experience.
The Director of Professional Learning Programs will also deeply understand Kiddom’s curriculum partners and what it takes to implement HQIM.

- Develop and implement tools for tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of professional learning sessions, using participant feedback and other data to inform continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate professional learning operations within broader organizational systems, such as scheduling, communication, and reporting.
- Manage logistics for professional learning delivery, including scheduling, participant communications, facilitator assignments, and revenue recognition.
- Deliver high-quality professional learning sessions (primarily virtual) on an as-needed basis, modeling best practices in facilitation and deepening your connection to the customer experience.
