Kiddom is seeking a GTM/Business Systems Manager to own and optimize the systems that power our go-to-market (GTM) engine. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role responsible for the administration of Salesforce.com and management of our entire GTM tech stack, which includes tools like HubSpot, Qualified.com, Starbridge, Agile, Salesloft, Highspot, HelpScout, among others.

The ideal candidate is a certified Salesforce Administrator with experience orchestrating integrated sales, marketing, and customer success systems. You'll work closely with RevOps, Marketing, Sales, and Success teams to ensure our tools are configured, connected, and enabling efficient workflows and data-driven decisions.

You will...

    • Serve as the primary admin for our Salesforce instance, maintaining user roles, permissions, automation, validation rules, workflows, and integrations.
    • Optimize data model, page layouts, and reporting to support sales and post-sales workflows.
    • Lead ongoing system hygiene, deduplication, and data governance efforts.
    • Own day-to-day operations and integration of GTM tools including but not limited to: HubSpot, Qualified.com, Starbridge, Agile, Salesloft, Highspot, HelpScout, NetSuite.
    • Evaluate tool effectiveness and recommend improvements or replacements as needed.
    • Ensure reliable data flow across platforms and support accurate funnel and attribution reporting.
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Success, Supply Chain, and Finance to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
    • Provide training and documentation to end users.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that enable leadership visibility into GTM performance.
    • Manage GTM tech stack budget, licenses, and vendor relationships.
    • Prioritize and manage system roadmap and backlog — balancing quick wins and strategic projects.
    • Implement change management best practices for system updates and enhancements.

What we're looking for...

    • 4-7 years of experience in CRM or GTM systems administration, including direct experience managing Salesforce
    • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) required
    • Proven experience integrating and managing tools such as HubSpot and Salesloft
    • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes
    • Proficient in reporting and analytics tools (Salesforce Reports, Looker, or similar)
    • Excellent project management, communication, and documentation skills
    • Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with CPQ solutions
    • Familiarity with middleware/integration platforms like Zapier, Workato, or Tray.io
    • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and best practices around data privacy and compliance
    • Previous experience in SaaS or EdTech industries
