Kiddom is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients mainly through phone calls and emails to introduce Kiddom's educational products and services. This role requires the ability to quickly establish rapport with educators and decision-makers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how Kiddom's solutions can meet those needs. The Inside Sales Representative will manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Strong organizational skills, a passion for high quality curriculum & education technology, and a commitment to achieving sales targets are essential for success in this position.

You will…

    • Prospecting: Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media to generate a pipeline of potential clients interested in Kiddom's educational solutions.
    • Customer Needs Analysis: Engaging in deep conversations with potential clients to understand their educational challenges, requirements, and objectives to tailor presentations and recommendations accordingly.
    • Presenting Products: Demonstrating Kiddom's products and services to potential clients through virtual meetings, providing detailed information about features, benefits, and how they address specific educational needs.
    • Closing Sales: Skillfully negotiating and closing deals, ensuring that client 
    • Educational Consultation: Acting as a consultant to educators and administrators by understanding educational trends, challenges, and providing insights on how Kiddom's solutions can enhance learning outcomes.

What we’re looking for…

    • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in sales, particularly in K-12 sales and curriculum
    • Experience working in Salesforce and Salesloft
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product value to customers and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
    • Customer Focus: A strong customer service orientation, with the ability to listen to customer needs, provide valuable solutions, and build lasting relationships.
    • Educational Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of or experience in the education sector, understanding the needs and challenges of educators and institutions.
$60,000 - $110,000 a year
Dependent on experience and location, range reflects OTE
