Kiddom’s Executive team (CEO/CAO/CRO) is looking for an operational right hand to help them maintain efficiency in their leadership roles. This role will be responsible for internal and external communications, planning and coordination of meetings, and a whole spectrum of organizational work that keeps the business humming and our leader's schedules highly optimized. This is an expansive role. We will offer increasing levels of autonomy, impact, and ownership based on the capability of who we hire. What You’ll Do
- Coordinates, schedules, meetings, agendas, travel, expense reporting, etc.
- Provides support during events, conferences, and meetings.
- Team communications – keeping the team informed and up to date.
- Composes spreadsheets, presentation materials and internal/external correspondence.
- Maintains strict level of complete confidentiality with a high volume of confidential information
Who You Are
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience as an EA supporting at least 1 executive OR a highly equivalent level of high touch work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; you build trust easily, people like working with you.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an overt ownership mentality. You take pride in making sure work is done the right way.
- Problem-solving prowess - you can fix an issue in a pinch without missing a beat.
- Strong project management, time management, and prioritization skills
- Extreme discretion with confidential information
- The ability to move quickly and context switch and manage your own bandwidth and boundaries
- A clear and effective communication style and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences
$100,000 - $200,000 a year
Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
