Requirements
- Technical Accounting Expertise Looking for a finance leader with solid GAAP chops, especially around ASC 606 (rev rec) and ASC 805 (business combinations). This role demands handling increasing complexity from acquisitions while keeping audit and tax workflows tight and clean.

Responsibilities
- Own accounting operations: Lead daily accounting functions including month-end and quarter-end close to deliver timely, GAAP-compliant financials.
- Point Person: Manage key relationships with tax advisors, audit firms, and outsourced accounting teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiency in core accounting workflows and proactively identify opportunities to boost profitability, focusing on cost capitalization and asset acquisition strategies.
- Lead Financial Reporting: Take charge of financial statement preparation and review alongside the CFO, and produce quarterly cash forecasts for the Private Equity partner.
