Requirements
- Strong modeling skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel capabilities essential for underwriting multifamily real estate deals.
- Real estate experience: Background in commercial real estate, brokerage, or related finance fields with a focus on multifamily assets.
- Interpersonal skills: Extroverted personality with the ability to collaborate effectively with producers and support client-facing interactions.
- Project management: Experience coordinating transaction processes and due diligence in real estate or finance environments.
- Marketing material development: Skilled in creating investment sales offering memorandums, Broker Opinion of Values, and market presentations.
- Data analysis and research: Ability to maintain and analyze real estate market databases and track industry trends through research.

- Financial Analysis and Modeling: Develop, maintain, and analyze complex financial models to support underwriting and investment decisions within the real estate sector.

- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including producers and graphic designers, to prepare offering memoranda and other client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive Opportunity Identification: Independently analyze data and market reports to uncover potential opportunities and value creation areas, contributing to the growth and success of the team.
