Requirements

      Hiring Priorities:

    • Project management: Experience coordinating transaction processes and due diligence in real estate or finance environments.

    • Data analysis and research: Ability to maintain and analyze real estate market databases and track industry trends through research.

Responsibilities

    • Financial Analysis and Modeling: Develop, maintain, and analyze complex financial models to support underwriting and investment decisions within the real estate sector.
    • Data Management and Reporting: Collect, organize, and interpret large datasets, including national and regional real estate market data, to identify trends and actionable insights relevant to the Midwest market.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including producers and graphic designers, to prepare offering memoranda and other client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
    • Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proactive Opportunity Identification: Independently analyze data and market reports to uncover potential opportunities and value creation areas, contributing to the growth and success of the team.
