Requirements
- Financial Planning & Analysis Expertise: 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting with a data-driven mindset.
- Communication & Leadership Support: Experience presenting financial insights to senior executives and board members to support strategic decision-making.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, clinical trials, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial systems, business intelligence tools like Power BI, and familiarity with SQL and data modeling.
