Responsibilities
- Oversee all Ops: Lead end-to-end business functions including admin, warehouse, supply chain, and sales to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
- Hands-on management: Actively support your team by rolling up your sleeves to execute critical tasks and drive process excellence.
- Team leadership: Build and develop your core team across accounting, supply chain, sales, and marketing.
- Client Service: Manage relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to foster business growth and maintain strong partnerships.
- Strategic collaboration: Partner closely with ownership on company-wide initiatives to secure strategic market advantages.
