Requirements

    • Transaction Experience This role requires hands-on experience with deal valuation and execution, tailored to middle-market investing. The right candidate will be expected to dive straight into investment research, underwriting, CIMs, and crafting investment memos without missing a beat.
    • Strong Analytical & Financial Modeling Skills Sharp financial modeling and analytical chops are a must here. You'll be supporting investment decisions and tracking portfolio performance closely—key to driving real value creation.

Responsibilities

    • Conduct Thorough Financial Analysis: Lead detailed due diligence on private equity targets, including building robust financial models, performing valuations, and conducting comprehensive market research.
    • Support Deal Execution: Play a key role in structuring transactions, drafting investment memos, and liaising with legal and compliance to ensure seamless deal closings.
    • Portfolio Monitoring: Oversee portfolio company performance through regular financial reporting, KPI tracking, and pinpointing value creation opportunities.
    • Collaborate with Senior Team: Partner closely with senior leadership to shape investment theses and drive strategic decision-making.
    • Build Industry and Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date insights on market trends, sector shifts, and competitive dynamics to sharpen investment strategies.
