Job Title: Inside Sales Manager Frozen
Department/Team: Sales
Reporting To: Commercial Director
Location: Kats (Zeeland, close to Goes / Zierikzee) with a hybrid working model allowing for both on-site and remote work.
 
Job Description:
The Kingfish Company is growing faster than ever before. We farm delicious and sustainable Yellowtail Kingfish on land and market it both fresh as well as frozen in many different markets. As our Sales Manager Frozen you will play a key role in our global expansion. In this role you will be responsible for both developing existing customer relationships and prospecting new accounts for our frozen products range in selected markets globally.
As our Sales Manager Frozen, you will have and further develop an extensive network of frozen seafood buyers across Europe, North America and selected other markets. Where relevant you will work with your Business Development Colleagues to develop the market for frozen products and increase the sales of our Kingfish products. Previous experience and strong relationships within the Seafood industry internationally are definitely a plus. Understanding our sales strategy and cooperation with your processing, sales and production colleagues is of great importance as it is the key to our success in this market. You are a team player and have a flexible mindset.
 
Key responsibilities:
Develop the sales of frozen Yellowtail Kingfish in the chosen markets.
Develop the frozen seafood channels for Kingfish based on your existing network and Develop the frozen seafood channels for Kingfish based on your existing network and develop our business in the high end market and related customers.
Develop proposals to best match the potential customers’ needs.
Coordinate orders and communicate with the Customer Service and Fulfillment team and customers.
Assist the customers’ marketing teams in the best way to convey the story of Kingfish.
Where possible assist in the development of the inside sales for fresh fish. 
Develop our business in the high end market and related customers.

 
MUST HAVE:
Experience and a network in the frozen fish market.

Requirements:
At least 5 years’ experience in sales capacity focusing on frozen seafood products.
Curiosity and passion to sell sustainable delicious fish into the market.
Ability to travel
A team player who works with colleagues to improve ways of working and achieve results.
An established network of frozen fish customers and ability to expand that network.
Ability to represent Kingfish brand in a professional manner, and effectively present our value offer potential customers, clients, and other stakeholders, in several languages.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office and CRM.
