Join our dedicated team in the heart of the seafood industry! We’re looking for a Processing Supervisor to lead our gutting and filleting team and ensure efficient, high-quality production operations.

Oversee fish processing and packing operations

Lead, motived and support floor staff, ensuring smooth workflow

Allocate resources (staff, equipment, materials) to meet production goals

Maintain quality standards and ensure regulatory compliance (HACCP)

Manage outgoing product and palletizing for accurate customer delivery

3+ years in a production facility, experience in Fish industry is a pre

Solid understanding of processing/packing equipment and software

Familiar with HACCP standards

High school diploma preferred

Proficient in English

Driver’s license & forklift license required
