Join Us as Our New Pre-Grow Out Supervisorš
Are you ready for a role where you can truly make a difference in the world of aquaculture? We are looking for a hands-on Pre-Grow Out Supervisor to join our team and help us produce top-quality Yellowtail Kingfish. From our location in Kats, the Netherlands, you will work with an amazing team to shape the future of sustainable fish farming.
What will you do?
You will be the go-to person ensuring operations in the pre-grow out phase, where fish up to 1,5kg average weight are produced, run smoothly. With your expertise and dedication, you will keep our fish and production systems in top condition. You will lead and motivate your team of 13 colleagues, with the aim to actively improving operational processes and KPIs together. You will also be part of the night and weekend duty rosterābecause we never leave our fish unattended. You report to the Pre-Grow Out Manager and Head of Production and will become part of a team of in total 38 persons.
What are we expecting from you?
A BSc or MSc in Aquaculture (or a related field).
3-5 years of operational RAS experience and team management.
A driverās license
A positive and critical mindsetāyour team can always count on you.
A strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

You will be working in both day shifts, night shifts and weekend shifts together with your colleagues from the production team. Your regular workdays start at 7.00 AM.
During your time with us we will make sure that all the tools required for the job are provided and that you will receive all necessary training to quickly become comfortable on the job. You will become part of a leading team of experts growing yellowtail kingfish in land-based systems that are continuously on the look-out for ways to improve its standards.
