The Opportunity

KIPP SoCal is seeking a Expanded Learning Compliance Coordinator for the Expanded Learning Team. The Expanded Learning Compliance Coordinator will assist the Expanded Learning Team with completing various types of audits, providing administrative help, program support and compliance observations throughout all the regional programs. The Expanded Learning Compliance Coordinator will report to the Director of Expanded Learning. 

The Responsibilities

    • Complete monthly attendance audits for all school sites and report the findings to the Expanded Learning Regional Managers and Director of Expanded Learning. 
    • During the attendance audits, ensure schools have timely completion and submission of all relevant data including early release forms
    • Complete a semesterly After School Program Enrollment and Compliance audit and report the findings to the Expanded Learning Regional Managers and Director of Expanded Learning. 
    • Revisit any corrective measures that need to be addressed with school sites
    • Update informational dashboards with all audit findings 
    • Administrative tasks such as organizing audit paperwork, conduct randomized attendance reviews, organizing attendance binders  
    • Complete state and federal reporting for the ASES, 21st CCLC and ELO-P funding 
    • Conduct announced/unannounced program observations to check compliance and quality of programs using provided forms 
    • Conduct random database and google attendance tracker audits 
    • Train on-site Expanded Learning Program Team Members on all attendance policies and procedures
    • Prepare documents for third-party audits 
    • Update monthly bulletin documents 
    • Support programs on-site when needed

The Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate’s Degree required 
    • Prior experience data analysis/auditing strongly preferred  
    • Ability to work independently and with a team
    • Ability to work effectively with teachers, school operations staff and regional office staff 
    • Ability to complete audits for numerous different schools 
    • Positive energy and the ability to be a strong role model for students
    • Reliable transportation to get from school to school 
    • Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)

Benefits & Compensation

    • This role has an hourly rate of $23-24 per hour
