What You’ll Do
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple Food and Beverage locations within a designated area.
- Ensure that all locations are meeting or exceeding revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operations and customer experience across all locations.
- Train, coach, and mentor location managers and staff to ensure high-quality service and performance.
- Monitor and analyze financial and performance data and use it to make informed decisions to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of location managers and staff.
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations and teams, and to achieve business targets.
- Solid financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data.
- Strong customer service orientation
