What You'll Do

    • Develop and maintain the ‘Ops Playbook’, comprising SOPs for both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations across Kitopi.
    • Roll out the Ops Playbook in new units, ensuring consistent implementation, and conduct regular reviews and retraining sessions.
    • Develop and disseminate checklists, guide sheets, and tools such as the Kitchen Profit & Loss (P&L) dashboard to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Assess compliance with operations standards to ensure alignment with company objectives.
    • Lead critical organization-wide operations excellence projects to drive continuous improvement.
    • Provide specialized support and guidance to local markets to enhance operational performance.

What Are We Looking For

    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.
    • Proven experience in project management within the F&B industry, demonstrating the ability to navigate the complexities of F&B operations and deliver impactful results.
    • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
