Partnerships Lead are responsible for managing the relationships between their organization and outside entities. They may work with vendors, suppliers, contractors, or other third parties to ensure that both sides are getting what they need from the relationship.

Partnerships Leads commonly manage a wide range of tasks related to these partnerships. This might include developing new partnerships, maintaining existing partnerships, negotiating deals, monitoring performance, and resolving any issues that arise in the course of these partnerships.

What You'll Do?

    • Main point of contact with aggregator online partners and ownership of the relationships with partners
    • Build and retain relationships across all aggregator partners
    • Provide Aggregator Partners all required documentation and collateral for onboarding
    • Collect and enter data for all new restaurant menus, update menus as necessary
    • Identify and effectively manage and communicate any issues that rise during the onboarding process to partners
    • Work closely and collaboratively and communicate effectively with other departments to proactively prevent errors to ensure a seamless and enjoyable onboarding experience
    • Follow up with partners on the status of onboarding and integration
    • Work closely with partners on brand performance by requesting detailed reports and meetings to discuss the brands growth.
    • Assist Operations Manager with Brand Delivery Monthly Performance Reports
    • Coordinate and strategize with partners on how to improve a brands performance and continue organic growth on platform
    • Provide ongoing restaurant/Brand support related to Menu’s for online delivery
    • Assist Operations Manager with day-to-day online operations related to kitchen performance, driver performance, brand performance and Monthly Marketing Campaigns etc.
    • Monthly Competitive Analysis and Menu Optimization for low performing brands to ensure the brand is always improving and up to customer standards

What Are You Looking For?

    • Bachelor's degree 
    • 1 year of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related role, preferably in the F&B or e-commerce industry.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships 
    • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data analysis tools/software is preferred.
    • Knowledge of the UAE F&B market and delivery aggregator landscape is a plus.
