As a Specialist - Information Management, you will manage and maintain master data information to a high level of accuracy and quality across all systems. The role will be working closely across a number of stakeholders so communication and being a team player is essential within this role.

What You'll Do

    • Create new products, recipes, cost centers in ERP system as requested by business groups and publish the data to relevant systems for data enrichment and for production use.
    • Manages, analyses, and resolves data initiative issues and manages revisions needed to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards.
    • Assists in the application and implementation procedures of data standards and guidelines on data ownership, coding structures, and data replication to ensure access to and integrity of data sets.
    • Develops and implements strategies to translate business requirements and models into feasible and acceptable data warehouse designs to ensure that business needs are met.
    • Provides assistance in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs).
    • Assist in defining MDM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
    • Work with IT to coordinate and define business user impacts of MDM application changes including resolving issues and planning for enhancements and upgrades
    • Responsible for understanding the end-to-end processes for maintaining customer master and product data across business areas
    • Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access
    • Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement

What Are We Looking For?

    • Knowledge/Experience in MS Dynamics 365
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Standard MS Office skill set including Excel, Visio, Power Point and Access
    • Demonstrates competency in understanding and correcting data discrepancies; reading and translating data models; data querying; identifying data anomalies and root cause analysis
