We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring that our organization attracts and retains top-tier talent. The Talent Acquisition Associate will collaborate with various departments to understand their staffing needs, source candidates, and manage the recruitment lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

    • Collaborative Recruitment: Work closely with our TA team to support recruitment efforts across multiple locations, ensuring the implementation of best hiring practices and sourcing techniques.
    • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Take charge of the entire recruitment process, from hiring requisition approval to job posting, candidate sourcing, application review, screening, trial, interview strategy, and offer process for assigned roles.
    • Candidate Pools Management: Build, engage, and maintain pre-qualified and prospective candidate pools within your functional area. Foster relationships with strong former candidates and continuously seek new talent.
    • Collaborative Hiring Approach: Partner effectively with recruiting and sourcing colleagues, fostering a collaborative hiring process by sharing candidates and job opportunities.
    • Utilize Recruitment Systems: Effectively use recruitment systems, adhering to key standards, documenting actions, recommending improvements, and ensuring accurate data for reporting purposes.
    • Strategic Candidate Marketing: Employ relevant advertising resources and other candidate marketing strategies to create local and regional awareness, attracting qualified applicants for roles within your responsibility.
    • Interview Process Enhancement: Review and provide insights into the current interview process, suggesting new ideas and formats to continually improve the candidate experience.
    • Support People Team Initiatives: Actively contribute to additional People Team initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to Kitopi’s overall success.

What Are We Looking For?

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in using recruitment systems and tools.
    • Innovative mindset with a passion for optimizing processes.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team culture.
