Working as a Functional Consultant in Kitopi, you will be responsible for the coordination efforts surrounding the implementation, development, design, deployment and training activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. We are looking for the right person who specializes in the implementation of the Operations side of D365. Using your knowledge of complex implementations, you will work with our supply chain, engineering, production, finance, logistics, and quality teams and oversee the initial configuration and deployment of continuous improvement enhancements after implementation.

What You'll Do

    • Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations administration provides a deep understanding of finance module configurations and functionalities, with a particular focus on the GL, AP, AR, Bank, FA, Budget, Landing Cost, and Project Management modules.
    • Focus on D365 operations, specifically finance module configurations, and participate in new implementations and rollouts.
    • Deeply understand the functionalities of D365 Finance modules to support business users and train them to effectively use the ERP systems.
    • Develop cohesive relationships with finance and supply chain business teams to build long-term strategies that align the design of the application with needs.
    • Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to match requirements with configuration settings and create use cases to test for desired application functionality.
    • Understand capabilities and identify risks and opportunities of deploying new functionality
    • Provide D365 application support; create and conduct instructor-led application training.
    • Ability to design and describe complex ERP (Finance and operations)-centric solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
    • We need to be able to do configuration, data migration, and integration activities from legacy systems to D365 for the current D365 implementation project.
    • Work with end users to solve day-to-day business problems using the functionality of D365.
    • Set up procedures and testing methods to ensure the ongoing accuracy of data maintained within all applications.
    • Prepare RFCs, FDDs, UATs, and training manuals to comply with company documentation standards.
    • Providing ERP support and end-user training.

What Are We Looking For?

    • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, Business management, or similar is preferred.
    • Specialization in the below modules:
    • Dynamics 365 – Finance and Operations (GL, AP, AR, FA, Bank, Budgets, Projects)
    • Dynamics 365 – Supply Chain Management (Supply chain modules integrated into finance modules) 
    • Current knowledge of Dynamics ERP systems, deployment, and integration.
    • 5+ years' experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry.
    • Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • ERP Certifications are a plus.
