What You'll Do
- Collaborating with other departments (ie marketing & product) to ensure alignment of output on broader business goals & objectives
- Providing & effectively managing feedback on all creative output
- Manage planning & briefing of all types of photography & videography shoots (in house & 3rd party briefing)
- Maintenance of brand guidelines to align brand values, USP, messaging & tonality
- Clear communication & transparency (online & in-person meetings) for constant alignment and effective output
- Industry research for creative techniques & trends including AI
- Assist in the creation of video content for the social media team
- Understanding of storyboarding, shooting, and editing for video & photography & sound projects
- Work independently, as well as assist the reporting manager to establish project deliverables
- Reserve and rent equipment
- Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management, and archiving project media
- Assist with scheduling content to be published on social media at ideal times
- Assist with monitoring the social media channels and activity
Who Are We Looking For?
- +5 years of experience in a creative role in the food & beverages, or hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or a related field
- Proven track record of leading creative teams and developing effective marketing campaigns, product packaging, and in-store experiences
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual and creative skills across a range of mediums
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- An enthusiastic and creative storyteller with a passion for content creation and a strong interest in the social and digital space
- Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Experienced as a content creator, comfortable in front of the camera, with knowledge of what performs well and what doesn't
- Deep understanding of the social media ecosystem: trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, and platform updates
- Proven record of creating content that performed well and generated high engagement
- Knowledge of print production and digital design principles.

Recruitment Process and Timeline
First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.
If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.
Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
