We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our Data & Tech Graduate Program. This rotational program provides participants with hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to diverse aspects of technology, preparing them for successful careers in the tech industry. Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop valuable skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

What You'll Do
- -Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- -Support the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- -Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful project
- delivery.
- Assist in tracking project progress against milestones and deadlines.
- Support project managers in identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Participate in project status meetings and reporting activities.
- Assist in identifying project stakeholders and their requirements.
- Support communication and engagement with stakeholders throughout
- the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address stakeholder concerns and expectations.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project charters, plans, and status reports.
- Support the preparation and distribution of project reports and updates to
- stakeholders.
- -Gain exposure to project management tools and software for document
- management and reporting

What Are We Looking For
- Must be an Emirati National
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business
- Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software/tools is a plus.
