What You'll Do
- 1. People Operations Rotation:
- Assist in managing HR processes and policies related to employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Gain exposure to HRIS systems and data analytics for workforce planning and reporting.
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
- Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Gain experience in employer branding, candidate experience optimization, and diversity recruiting initiatives.
- Assist in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs and initiatives.
- Support the implementation of talent development plans, career paths, and succession planning processes.
- Gain exposure to learning management systems and tools for employee skill development and performance improvement.
- Assist in developing branding strategies.
- Support internal and external communication initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
