What You'll Do

    • 1.     People Operations Rotation:
    • Assist in managing HR processes and policies related to employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
    • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
    • Gain exposure to HRIS systems and data analytics for workforce planning and reporting.
    • 2.     Talent Acquisition Rotation:
    • Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
    • Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Gain experience in employer branding, candidate experience optimization, and diversity recruiting initiatives.
    • 3.     Learning & Development Rotation:
    • Assist in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs and initiatives.
    • Support the implementation of talent development plans, career paths, and succession planning processes.
    • Gain exposure to learning management systems and tools for employee skill development and performance improvement.
    • 4.     Brand & Reputation Rotation:
    • Assist in developing branding strategies.
    • Support internal and external communication initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

What Are We Looking For

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
    • Passion for human resources and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the employee experience.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to adapt to change, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
