What You'll Do
- Brand Strategy and Development:
- Lead the strategic selection and development of F&B brands within the Eatopi portfolio.
- Craft and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive sustainable growth in the dynamic F&B market.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to position Eatopi as a leader amidst evolving culinary trends and competitive landscapes.
- Marketing and Promotions:
- Drive the F&B marketing calendar, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of all campaigns.
- Innovate promotional strategies tailored to the F&B sector, including enticing limited-time offers, menu innovations, and seasonal promotions.
- Foster cohesion among marketing, sales, and product teams to maintain brand integrity and resonance in the F&B space.
- Social Media and Creative Coordination:
- Collaborate with social media partners to amplify Eatopi's F&B brand presence and foster engagement across various platforms.
- Lead creative initiatives, ensuring consistent representation of Eatopi's culinary identity and visual aesthetic.
- Oversee content creation and campaign execution to optimize visibility and interaction within the F&B community.
- Event Management:
- Develop and execute F&B-centric events and pop-up concepts aligned with Eatopi's brand vision and market trends.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, from concept to implementation, to create immersive brand experiences and deepen audience engagement.
- Culinary Innovation:
- Foster close collaboration with the culinary team to drive menu development that reflects Eatopi's culinary philosophy and resonates with F&B trends.
- Contribute to strategic culinary planning, including the introduction of new F&B offerings and menu enhancements.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Cultivate a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic F&B objectives and ensure seamless project execution.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor F&B brand performance and marketing effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance strategies and maximize ROI.
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
