We are seeking dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our Finance Graduate Program. This rotational program offers a unique opportunity for talented graduates to gain hands-on experience in different areas of finance, including Accounting, Corporate Development, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Throughout the program, participants will receive mentorship, professional development opportunities, and exposure to senior leadership, setting the stage for a successful career in finance.

What You'll Do
- Accounting Rotation:
- Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and audits.
- Gain exposure to financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Support the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Assist in conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on merger integration planning and execution.
- Assist in managing cash flow, liquidity, and risk management activities.
- Support treasury operations, including cash forecasting, banking relationships, and foreign exchange management.
- Gain exposure to capital markets, debt financing, and investment strategies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Prepare financial models, scenario analysis, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

What Are We Looking For
- Must be an Emirati National
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
