We are in search of a Logistics Support Agent with a background in customer service and logistics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in handling inbound and outbound calls, possess exceptional complaint-handling skills, and contribute to achieving high customer satisfaction levels.

Fluency in English and Urdu/Hindi is a prerequisite, coupled with a deep understanding of the UAE market, its geographical locations, and the diverse cultural setting.

What You'll Do

    • Provide precise and timely information to customers regarding delivery schedules and address any logistics-related queries with clarity such as delays and out-of-zone areas, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
    • Collaborate closely with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfilment and timely deliveries.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within the company's database.
    • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including operations, dispatch, and customer support, to address customer needs and enhance service quality.
    • Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards while delivering exceptional customer service experiences and Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing overall logistic operation efficiency.
    • Manage customer complaints with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring positive customer interactions that lead to high satisfaction rates. Handle communications with people from various nationalities and cultural backgrounds.

What Are We Looking For

    • Fluency in Urdu/Hindi, and English with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and succinctly in these languages.
    • Background in logistics support is preferred.
    • Proficient multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
    • Strong active listening skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the logistics and customer service domain
    • Possesses strong knowledge of the UAE market and is familiar with its geography and regions.
