As Kitopi’s Sushi Chef, you will be preparing variety of Sushi including Maki, Nigiri, and Sashimi, using cooked and raw fish as well as fruits, and vegetables. You will be working in one of our Satellite Kitchens and support the Brand by following their standards and recipes. You will ensure food consistency on all our relevant brands and maintain accuracy on all food orders.
- · Candidates must have a firm knowledge of the Japanese Cuisine and can speak English
- · Can join immediately

- · Ensures that food is delivered on time
- · Follows proper safety, hygiene and sanitation practices
- · Ensures readiness at all times
- · Is responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of all food items, in his section to ensure highest possible quality at all times
- · Positive attitude and passion for Japanese Cuisine (mainly Sushi)
- · Planning and determining all food production
- · Previous experience of working as a Sushi Chef is a must
- · Poses, and be able to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of sushi types and sushi rolling techniques
- · Quick Service Restaurant background will be an advantage
