What You'll Do

    • Maintaining Kitchen Inventory:
    • Oversee and manage the inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
    • Conduct weekly inventory checks and ensure adequate stock levels.
    • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize resources.
    • Supervise Food Prep and Cooking:
    • Supervise kitchen staff in the preparation and cooking of meals.
    • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
    • Monitor the consistency and quality of dishes served.
    • Ensure Compliance with Food Safety Regulations:
    • Ensure all kitchen activities comply with food safety and sanitation regulations.
    • Conduct regular checks to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations.
    • Maintaining Health and Safety Standards:
    • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols within the kitchen.
    • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and used safely.
    • Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions for kitchen staff.
    • Scheduling Shifts:
    • Schedule kitchen staff shifts according to business hours, days, and special occasions.
    • Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business needs.
    • Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate peak times and events.
    • Maintaining Clean Working Environments:
    • Ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas are kept clean and organized.
    • Enforce the restaurant’s preventive maintenance measures among staff.
    • Regularly inspect the kitchen to maintain high cleanliness standards.
    • Evaluating and Disciplining Kitchen Personnel:
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of kitchen staff.
    • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve staff performance.
    • Implement disciplinary actions when necessary, following company policies.

What Are We Looking For

    • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in managing a reputable kitchen or restaurant.
    • Excellent knowledge of all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) practices.
    • Strong data acumen for managing inventory and scheduling.
    • Energetic with a problem-solving mindset.
    • Valid Health Certificate is mandatory.
    • Additional Requirements:
    • Immediate Availability: Candidates must be able to join immediately or within 15 days.
    • Location: Must be willing and able to work in Qatar.

Recruitment Process and Timeline 

First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.

If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.

Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
