    • Maintaining Kitchen Inventory
    • Supervise Food Prep and Cooking
    • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
    • Maintaining Health and Safety Standards
    • Scheduling shifts by business hours, days, and occasions
    • Maintaining clean working environments and making sure that employees follow the restaurant’s preventive maintenance measures
    • Maintaining adequate inventory levels and conducting weekly inventories
    • Evaluating and disciplining kitchen personnel accordingly 
    • Working in Qatar
    • Can join immediately (Immediate joining or within 15 days the latest)
    • Health Certificate available
    • Have at least 3 to 4 years' experience running a reputable Kitchen/Restaurant
    • Excellent knowledge of all QHSE practices
    • Data acumen 
    • Energetic with problem solving mindset.
