- Maintaining Kitchen Inventory
- Supervise Food Prep and Cooking
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintaining Health and Safety Standards
- Scheduling shifts by business hours, days, and occasions
- Maintaining clean working environments and making sure that employees follow the restaurant’s preventive maintenance measures
- Maintaining adequate inventory levels and conducting weekly inventories
- Evaluating and disciplining kitchen personnel accordingly
- Working in Qatar
- Can join immediately (Immediate joining or within 15 days the latest)
- Health Certificate available
- Have at least 3 to 4 years' experience running a reputable Kitchen/Restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of all QHSE practices
- Data acumen
- Energetic with problem solving mindset.
