With over 6,000 employees, Kitopi currently operates 200+ locations across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar. It operates its global Customer Experience Center in Dubai, UAE, its Engineering Hub in Krakow, Poland, and its Robotics Hub in Odense, Denmark.
We are looking for a talented Onboarding Associate to oversee the planning and execution of various integration and brand activation projects across multiple locations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing F&B projects from conception to on-ground completion, ensuring complete internal stakeholder alignment with meeting business goals and deadlines. I
What You'll Do
- Project Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of projects. Ensuring to meet deadlines in line with business objectives.
- Problem-Solving: The role will require you to navigate various strategies to align with business goals.
- Collaboration & Effective Communication: Efficient coordination and clear communication of goals, timelines, and roadblocks.
- Decision-Making & Risk Management: Identifying potential risks/roadblocks and providing recommendations towards risk mitigation
What Are We Looking For ?
- A minimum of two years of experience, with a growth mindset.
- A passion for Food & Beverage & monitoring market trends.
- A can-do approach towards navigating various circumstances.
- A valid UAE Driver license is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask
