What You'll Do

    • Establish and identify a brand guidebook for your brand. Develop a brand vision and marketing communications strategies for your brand focused on building brand awareness and equity, as well as driving sales through various ordering channels.
    • Prepare annual marketing calendar including required marketing budgets and measure marketing initiatives against these budgets throughout the year. Marketing initiatives to also include offline/dine-in activation campaigns, events, and offline activation strategies.
    • Capture the local market by continuously building/promoting the brand image through local store marketing initiatives.
    • Prepare strategies for the launch of new products/promotions and implement them throughout the complete customer journey.
    • Track and stay on top of market trends.
    • Lead PR and influencer partnerships for your brand and build ongoing relationships with the media.
    • Liaise with creative, social, media, PR, and events departments to manage and build brand creative assets and ensure timely execution of your planned initiatives.
    • Analyze customer feedback, ratings, and reviews and share insights with the wider team.
    • Provide input into pricing strategy.
    • Optimize brand packaging design.
    • Analyze marketing initiative effectiveness on a regular basis with reports to be shared with key stakeholders. Lead/track your digital and OOH/mass media campaigns.

What Are We Looking For?

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing Management or Communications
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing and Communications, specifically in the F&B, FMCG, Hospitality industry - Agency experience is preferable
    • Lively and charismatic with a passion for food and great knowledge of the consumer
    • The ideal candidate is creative yet results-driven will have the ability to think outside the box and work closely with key stakeholders in the business to achieve our common goal of satisfying the world’s appetite!
