What You'll Do

    • Develop and Manage: Create and implement our facilities management plan to ensure smooth operations across our locations.
    • Contract Oversight: Collaborate with service providers to manage contracts related to kitchen equipment, air conditioning, grease traps, pest control, gas maintenance, cold rooms, firefighting systems, and more.
    • Scheduling: Direct and oversee schedules for Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and ensure adherence to our maintenance plans.
    • Quality Control: Consistently monitor performance quality and take action to uphold our high standards.
    • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead multi-disciplinary teams, including maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers.
    • Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts to ensure service excellence.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with government regulations, as well as environmental, health, and safety standards.
    • Cost Efficiency: Advise on energy efficiency and cost-effective solutions while managing facility projects, renovations, and relocations.
    • Reporting: Draft comprehensive reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Budget Management: Assist the Facilities Manager with budget planning, monitoring expenses, and preparing material requests in line with our company budget.
    • Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to emergencies, providing immediate and effective solutions while leading the resolution of major issues.

What Are We Looking For

    • Proven experience in facilities management, with a preference for a minimum of 2 years in the food and beverage industry.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
    • Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and facility compliance standards.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Familiarity with estimating, budgeting, and scheduling practices.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
    • Proficiency in verbal and written English.
    • Valid KSA Driving License.
