What You'll Do

    • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Laws and regulations, providing advice and guidance to management as needed.
    • Develop and coordinate training initiatives tailored to employee needs, fostering continuous professional development.
    • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns, grievances, and providing support as necessary.
    • Contribute to performance management activities, including assisting with goal setting and conducting performance appraisals.
    • Maintain meticulous records of HR activities, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in data management.
    • Generate insightful reports on HR metrics and initiatives, offering actionable insights
    • Manage disciplinary procedures with fairness and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure HR strategies align with organizational objectives and culture.
    • Develop and implement Emiratisation strategies to attract, retain, and develop kitopians within the organization.
    • Collaborate with other departments to align Emiratisation efforts with organizational goals and objectives.

What Are We Looking For?

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the UAE, preferably within the F&B sector.
    • Strong understanding of UAE Labor Laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency in report submission and data management using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or similar tools.
    • Proven experience in managing disciplinary procedures effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with UAE Nationals.
    • Fluency in Arabic is required
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
