Job Summary
Your role as a Facilities Specialist includes, but is not limited to, building maintenance, security, janitorial, office equipment and food service. You will be the primary contact for service providers from sourcing to pay. Your goal is to improve building services while reducing cost.

As a Kiva's Facilities Specialist, you'll...
- Be responsible for building sanitation and disinfection.
- Arrange for waste disposal, recycling and maintenance of internal systems.
- Maintain kitchen, office supplies and first aid needs
- Coordinate office, and parking spaces
- Make minor repairs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Source and/or maintain vendor relationships that improve service and/or drive cost down
- Reduce the cost/need for ad-hoc facility expenses
What we're looking for...
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years delivery driving experience
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Ability to walk and carry heavy items for extended period
$20.88 - $25.52 an hour
