Job Summary

Kiva Sales and Service will depend on the Regional Sales Manager to provide sales support to the Southern California Region. The RSM will manage the territory by providing support to the local Territory Managers in achieving their goals, establishing new business, and developing current buyer relationships.  The Regional Manager will help deliver company assigned KPI’s, lead the local sales team and help establish and improve buyer relationships at the dispensary level.  The qualified individual must have 5 years minimum sales experience, show ability to lead and manage sales professionals, and 3 years of industry experience.

As Kiva's Regional Sales Manager, you'll...

    • Establish and develop relationships with the sales team so goals and expectations are aligned and KPI’s are met
    • Achieve established sales targets in region by supporting team of Territory Managers
    • Develop a clear process of managing the business utilizing information from ERP
    • Work closely with business partners to implement new and existing business, drive improvement in establishing strong relationships with partners
    • Assist with the communication of new product launches and associated sales targets
    • Travel to dispensaries to support efforts of TMs in establishing relationships with to managers and buyers
    • Provide sales reports to management 
    • Track lead to sale in CRM tool
    • Ability to manage revenue and distribution targets and reporting for respective territory and identify opportunity and gaps of growth with current portfolio
