Job Summary
This is an exciting role for an individual that will help transform our sales and distribution operation (KSS) into a well-oiled, digital machine. The job requires a mix of Encompass/ERP chops, strong communication skills and the ability to follow and create processes. Approximately 50% of time will be spent interacting with business users working to refine and create new processes and the other 50% will be spent following processes and managing the flow of data into our ERP.

- You have experience using Encompass to drive revenue generating activities, optimize routes for delivery drivers, review delivery metrics, and support warehouse operations.

As Kiva's Operations Analyst, you will....
- Assist with the technology and data to support our Commercial Operations Team, Sales Team, Logistics and Operations teams
- Ensure report and dashboard creation meets the needs of all stakeholders
- Roll out internal processes to increase operational productivity and efficiency
- Create tools to get product data in front of team members and external suppliers
- Assist with evaluating and troubleshooting issues that relate to Encompass/ERP systems during operating hours
- Assist with the conversion of retailers to KSS Live
- Assist the Commercial Operations team in building out great customer service and order entry experience
- Creating and measuring objectives for the Operations team
What we're looking for...
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ year at or working with a CPG company
- 2+ years ERP experience - Encompass ERP knowledge is preferred but not required
- Problem solving, critical thinking, and the ability to figure it out and use the team
- WORK HOURS: 11am to 7pm
$73,000 - $80,000 a year
