Responsibilities:
- Maintain and continuously improve our Free and Open Source Software(FOSS) policy, and workflow.
- Plan and execute internal training
- Maintain ISO 5230(Open Chain) certificate
- Audit internal FOSS compliance implementation
- Assure compliance of products with FOSS obligations
- Minimize the risk of using free and open source software
- Research and integrate Software Bill of Materials(SBOM) tools with our workflow, to generate and analyze SBOM automatically
- Organize our booth and events at conferences
- Sponsor open source and technical conferences
- Assist us to contribute back to upstream projects
- Facilitate to involve open source and technical conferences
- Assist to publish our internal projects as open source projects
Free and open source software license compliance
Establish and maintain the relationship with open source communities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent English reading and good English writing skills
- Experience in involving FOSS conference
- Experience in involving FOSS contribution
- Experience in using any common FOSS projects collaboration platform, like SourceForge, GitLab, GitHub, Codeberg or Launchpad.
Nice to have:
- Experience in FOSS license compliance
- Experience in organizing conferences or meetups
- Experience in being a speaker at conferences or meetups
- Experience in involving international FOSS organizations or projects
