Responsibilities:
- Co-work with PO and RD closely to define feasible test plans and test scope.
- Lead QA members to deliver qualified features on schedule.
- Participate in product design reviews with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to contribute to product design, testability, and implementation.
- Develop test plans/test cases. Lead test plan/test case reviews with engineers and other team stakeholders.
- Manage outsourcing vendors and contractors and control outsourcing testing process and process.
- Keep product knowledge in documents and knowledge base.
- Improve existing test infrastructure or create a new one to increase efficiency and productivity in test case development, scheduling, or deployment.
- To improve testing productivity, utilize and/or develop mobile automation tools or scripts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in web/mobile device testing, developing test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.
- 5+ years of experience in team or outsourcing management.
Preferred Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working in information/mobile/clouding/networking-related industries.
- Experienced in web/mobile automation testing.
Plus to have:
- Experience of Scrum or any agile development process.
