Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality infrastructure, workplace, and application services.
- Ensure adequate capacity on connectivity, storage, and compute resources.
- Ensures managed areas are defining and implementing systems that are aligned with business strategy and goals.
- Resolves complex and varied issues with substantial potential impact.
- Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations; draws on a diverse range of internal and external sources.
- Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
- Apply technology management methodologies to define technology strategy, roadmap and be able to forecast for potential improvements for current and future systems and solutions. Creates, evaluates and implements plans and proposes for high impact IT solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of work experience, including more than 3 years of management experience.
- Experience in managing Google workspace, Slack, and Office 365.
- Experienced in various business application system implementation and IT compliance audit.
- Experience in coding.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions.
- Have experience in architecting systems with high availability, reliability, scalability and security.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to employ troubleshooting and creative problem solving under pressure.
Nice to have:
- Experience in managing remote work.
- Experience in information outsourcing.
- 2+ years of relevant cloud computing development experience.
- Experience in technical writing or documentation.
