Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing resources, including new applications development, maintenance services, and human resource utilization
- Manage the development team working with multi-teams against challenging timelines and quality goals, with appropriate risk control measures put in place
- Provide technical expertise in the architecture, design, development, maintenance, and support of the production services
- Work closely with the team preparing architectures, designs, reviews, and guide on estimation for a given business proposal, including associated internal and external resources
- Evaluate and improve software development best practices
- Accountable for the technical growth, evolution pipeline, and stability of the applications and services from technical aspects, so could improve business operation, growth, and cost reduction
- Mentor, coach, and groom the teams to have the appropriate mindset, ensuring the team’s healthy growth and development
Requirements
- Minimum BS/BA in engineering discipline along with minimum 10 years of engineering experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading application development teams and initiatives that promote a results-oriented culture of teamwork, respect, excellence, integrity, and accountability
- Successful experience leading sprint planning sessions of multidisciplinary teams from strategy, concept, research, and evaluation through successful product implementation and production
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skill and teamwork spirit
- With business acumen, service-oriented and growth mindset to take all challenges and changes
