We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies that promote our music streaming services and engage our target audience.
The Head of Engineering is a pivotal role within KKCompany, responsible for overseeing and managing all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes. As the leader of our engineering division, you’ll collaborate closely with other division heads to ensure successful project completion and develop efficient processes. Your strategic vision and technical expertise will drive our company’s growth and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership & management:
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, including mobile, web, SRE, operations, ML, and backend teams.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic direction and policies.Monitor, track, and control project outcomes to resolve issues and ensure success.
- Project management:
- Oversee the entire project development lifecycle.
- Monitor the reliability and performance of systems, suggesting improvements.
- Systems & security:
- Ensure compliance with security regulations, such as ISO 27001.
- Manage the engineering division's budget.
- Strategy & planning:
- Design strategies for future development projects aligned with company objectives.
- Design and lead projects to implement innovative technologies to maximize productivity.
Requirements:
- Technical:
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Familiarity with software development processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud-based software development.
- Leadership & management:
- 5+ years of professional experience managing software engineers.
- Familiarity with strategic planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary software development teams.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
