Product & Development
- Co-work with business owner to finalize operation process design and help to make service transition smoothly
- Understand how services works, optimize operation process and able to work with other team members
- Calculate and analyze business matrix then feedback to business owner
- Cooperate with first-line customer service center and to help them respond customers successfully
- On-call one week per month,handling urgent issue  if necessary

- JLPT N1, or N2, or similar level which is able to communicate with Japanese smoothly
- Basic technical knowledge
- Intermediate communication level in English
- Strong in communication and problem solving
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude in learning new thing

- Over 2-year experience in software business
- Experienced in cloud service e.g. AWS, GCP
- Understand ITIL
- Good knowledge on operation process
