Klarna’s mission is to free people from all the meaningless time spent managing money and purchases, so they can do more of what they love. Klarna was born in Stockholm in 2005 and today has 2000 employees working across Europe and the US. We currently serve 60 million consumers, work together with 90,000 merchants and process more than a million payment transactions a day. What will you be doing?
As Service Manager for the Quality team, you will lead the team that is responsible for supporting and ensuring that Klarna’s customer service is of the highest quality. The team’s main duties include coaching and supporting our internal agents, analyzing trends and following up on the quality of our service partners.
In your role you will take your team on a change adventure. You are ready to lead them through exciting times of change, by coaching your team and engaging them in their everyday quality quests. An important success factor of your journey with us is that you are able to collaborate with several stakeholders (internally and externally) and that you make data-driven decisions. Your passion is to follow current industry trends when it comes to quality assurance and bring them to life at Klarna Service Center. With your initiatives we can be sure that we continuously improve our quality standards to make sure we deliver remarkable customer service.
Who are you?
You are a true leader, ideally with a couple of years of experience from working as a manager, project leader or similar. You have preferably been working with customer service for a few years and really enjoy being in an environment where you can make a difference. If you have been working with quality assurance and outsourcing partners - that’s an advantage, too. You are a true problem-solver who does not settle for less than perfect. You can prioritise your work tasks and most importantly, you love being a part of your teammate's growth in their roles.
