This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Lead Engineers to join our office in the heart of Stockholm, Sweden.

What you will get to do:

    • Working as a Lead Engineer on our highest priority focus areas - leading and driving engineering efforts
    • Be a hands-on technical leader for the members of your own team and other engineers around you
    • Envision, drive and implement ambitious software projects that disrupt the financial industry
    • Make architectural decisions affecting multiple teams in order to create highly available products used by millions of customers
    • Question and improve the engineering practices around you to increase the development speed and quality of the products that we build
    • Be the thought leader in engineering - inspire more junior engineers, build communities of practice, shape the engineering culture
    • Create impact with your knowledge not only via direct contributions, but also through speaking at events and holding workshops, both internal and external.

You should have:

    • BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
    • Strong coding ability in Javascript
    • Experience with API and product development
    • Passion for writing clean and testable code
    • Successfully applied and are enthusiastic about Agile/XP practices (Pairing, TDD/BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery)
    • Willingness to learn new technologies and move between different tech stacks
    • Team mindset to lift people around you through example of exemplary delivery
