Copywriters for the Brand studio

Copywriters/UX writers for Consumer Growth & Loyalty domain
We're looking for copywriters with UX-skills to keep up with our growth. We have openings in the following teams:
App Growth marketing
Card Growth marketing
Shop Growth marketing
Merchant Growth marketing
In all of these teams, you’ll be working mainly in our own channels such as the app, CRM mailings, SoMe and on our website. You’ll play an important role throughout the complete process since you’re the main creative in the team. Project leads, analytics and UX designers are your colleagues on a daily basis. We constantly test and measure our campaigns in order to get the most of them. Meaning that we always iterate to get the best possible result.
Therefore your creative skills must be on par with your ambition to measure, follow-up, iterate or maybe even start over completely.

UX writer for the Pay later/Slice it domain
We need another UX writer to help improve and iterate on the products owned by the Pay later/Slice it (PLSI) domain and help grow the design competence within that domain. As a UX writer you’ll work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers and Content Specialists to help craft the consumer experience with Klarna across all touchpoints.
What you will do
- Collaborate in the design of product flows and post-purchase experience for various Klarna products.
- Fully own UX writing for the complete product experience of your product area.
- This includes messaging at the checkout, in the app, and post-purchase.
- Design UX research experiments in collaboration with product designers and UX researchers.
- Iterate on product flows and messaging based on user data and hypotheses.
- Maintain brand and UX cohesion for the spaces owned by PLSI.
Who you are
- Mid-level (2-5 years experience) UX writer.
- Specific focus on digital products.
- Native English-speaker preferred but not required.
- Experience with UX research - designing and evaluating experiments, applying learnings to the product experience.
- Experience with product design tools a plus, but not required (Sketch, Abstract, etc.)Portfolio required
