At Klarna, you work towards close to 100 million customers and 250 000 merchant partners, together with thousands of colleagues in various teams. All with different backgrounds, languages, and tasks. Obsessing about their specific customer’s needs.
Junior Service Associates work throughout all parts of Klarna, in teams like Customer Service (B2C and B2B), Office Service, and Fraud and Compliance/AML. The role differs based on the team but can include customer-facing responsibilities and/or back-office tasks.
This particular role is part-time, with weekends being a requirement, and flexibility for the weekdays.
- You should have working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
- You put the customer first and go the extra mile to deliver a great customer experience

- You are a problem solver with a good work ethic
