We are LiveOps
Our mission is to protect, provide for, and progress the software and systems behind all of Klarna services.
The Live Operations team consists of six talented people who work together to monitor and handle incidents on our most business critical production systems. In order to adapt to the growth of the organisation and the services provided by Klarna we are growing the team.

- Automating repetitive and monotonous, boring tasks.
- Monitoring the health of over 40 mission critical production systems at Klarna.
- Responding to alerts and handling incidents of differing severities.
- Working with development teams in an advisory capacity to resolve these incidents and prevent future occurrences.
- Digging into Linux based operating systems.
- Measuring everything a system does or doesn't do.
- Working with a range of monitoring and logging tools including op5, Splunk, Grafana, Apica or similar.
