For this role, within the TA Services team, our Mission is to deliver a reliant service for TA, PO/PSG and perform fast and high efficient administrative tasks to support Klarna's recruitment overall. Within our service, we are aiming to deliver high quality leads and are also actively doing employer branding to make Klarna the best place to work.
Success in this role means making the service work smoothly for the TA organisation and its stakeholders. Embracing change and willingness to work with several tasks at once will make success in this role happen.
Tasks that are performed are among others:
- Administer Logic tests to candidates (applicants, Leads and referrals)
- Book interviews for candidates
- Meet and greet candidates when arriving to the office and help with Logic tests.
- Sourcing for new potential candidates
- Post job ads on LinkedIn and AMS (arbetsförmedlingen)
- Help with finding emails for Leads via Contact out
You are a positive, efficient and reliable person who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organisation where the only change is constant. Working towards common goals together with dedicated, social team members makes you tick. You thrive on getting a great deal of responsibility and freedom. You have at least one year of experience from working with service.
