IT Productivity Manager

What you will do
As a manager of a Productivity team you are part of designing the future state of the art digital workspace for Klarna. You will be responsible for a cross regional team spread across the whole world and together with your team drive the technical customer journey for all our employees.
At Klarna we use the term Productivity to describe the portfolio of tools and services that enables Klarna employees to be as productive as possible. This is to emphasise that employee productivity itself is the goal rather than the systems and tools themselves.
We are looking for excellent new managers for the following Productivity teams:
Productivity Service and Support, providing the best possible experience for the employees when it comes to mitigating as well as handling disruptions in productivity. You will be working with broad generalists, working both with all kinds of IT support cases as well as helping people out in person at the desk. We want to evolve this team to deliver world class service in the most modern way, and you are the one leading this change.
Productivity Application Services, where we own and manage applications and services used by most Klarna employees. The flagship products from this team includes but is not limited to G Suite and Jira/Confluence forming the backbone of tools for productivity at Klarna. The team is always focused on finding the best tool to support the organisation and to minimise friction for employees in their daily work. As a manager for the team you will be developing the productivity offering for all employees, providing the best imaginable experience.
Productivity Deployment Services, the team primarily responsible for innovating, developing and supporting automated device and application management and enrolment using zero touch deployment thinking to achieve a completely seamless user experience when it comes to devices and accounts. The team utilises the latest and greatest technologies for managing Windows, Apple, Chrome and Android devices and provides an excellent opportunity to challenge your skills in these areas. JAMF, Intune, Autopilot and Google Grab and Go are amongst the technologies we use. If you are a person with a passion for leading the work to develop the most modern client platform possible, you are the manager we are looking for.
