Klarna Group has more than 1500 employees and is active on 18 markets. We serve 45 million consumers and work with 65 000 merchants. Our vision is to become the world's favorite way to buy. Service Center at Klarna has about 300 employees and acts as a support towards our consumers and merchants providing world class service. Service Center is now looking for a Service Delivery Manager in Learning and Development.
As a Service Delivery Manager you will set up and develop a training framework and strategies for all functions within Service Center, which means to proactively identify, plan and implement improvement opportunities. A main responsibility will be measuring and analysing training related Key Performance Index results and set up improvement projects based on your findings. You will then act as a project leader for training projects within the organization. In this role you will also cooperate closely with inhouse training teams and Outsourcing Partners to make sure that the training has a high quality and meets the demands from the organization and support trainers at Klarna and Outsourcing Partners.
Success in this role means being an excellent communicator who finds it easy to present and interact professionally with different levels in an organization. You are motivated by continuous improvement and are able to drive projects and initiatives independently, and you have the unique capabilities of both being self-propelled and a team player. We expect you to have great knowledge of learning and development and that you are up to date with the latest trends within the area. Since you will be responsible for adherence to Klarna’s policies and internal rules it is important that you act as a role model for Klarna’s values and are always keeping them in mind. It is meritable if you have a degree within a field related to learning and development as well as prior experience in working with learning management systems. It is also required that you have excellent communication skills in English as you will work in a global environment.
