People Operations Generalist 
Term: 6 months 

People Operations Generalist (Contract)


- First tier employee relations and coaching (e.g. policy questions, career coaching etc)
- Short term disability (STD) and long term disability (LTD) case management and team member support: liaise with disability management partners/employee/payroll and benefits, assist with team member and manager questions, develop and monitor accommodations and return to work plans
- Immigration and employee relocation support  (with direction from Sr People Partners)
- HR Project support (JA/competency mapping, HRIS implementation, Performance)
- Klickster Guides updates (with direction from Sr People Partners)
- Support employee departure logistics
- Deliver new hire orientation (biweekly)
- Support team facilitation sessions (send out surveys, prep feedback for reporting back to the team, take notes, tech support during sessions)
- Gather and analyze HR metrics and data, generate reports (with direction from Sr People Partners)
- Schedule and conduct team member exit interviews


- Post-secondary degree or certificate in human resource management, with 3+ years Human Resources experience in a generalist capacity or equivalent combination is required.
- Knowledge of current HR policies & practices including knowledge of employment laws.
- Experience with disability claims management
- Experience with employee relations in a professional environment an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication and presentation skills are essential.
